I love when the Mets turn Papelbon into PapelGONE! Great win by the Mets tonight! If we can keep taking 2 of 3 from the tams in our division, the summer might not be so bad. Also, Is it me or was Papelbon #Bradying in the dugout after the game?
Well that was a nice 25 minutes. Rangers score the game tying goal with six seconds left. Thole gives himself up to save a run. Valdespin hits an improbable bomb. Frank Franc closes it out. Rangers score early in OT to go up 3-2 in the series. I wish sports were this much fun to watch every night.
IM: okay, so I guess there’s now no need for me to go to my DVR and queue up tonight’s Rangers game, which I had been saving until the kids went to bed
Still, it’s excellent news, and I think I’ll watch anyway!

Hey, it’ll take the edge off my constant anxiety as i watch tonight’s game. It’s really draining to watch playoff hockey sometimes. At least now I know I’ll be able to sleep afterwards and won’t be spending the night crying out, “Effin Ovechkin” or some such thing….
Leave it to me to be stuck in Sugar Land, TX (yes there is such a place) and miss the Rangers epic win. Thanks to ESPN, I was able to watch the Mets take the Sillies to the wood shed. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy (Pappelbon).
Unbridled joy for Valdespin’s 1st hit in the Bigs; man was that fun to watch. Frank squared does what he do to nail it shut.
