How ’bout a spring shutout to help cure some blues associated with being the Grapefruit league’s last  place team.

I’m living Dillon Gee’s extended weird beard. Its a ridiculous looking patch if hair but Gee needed some swagger so BMF is all for it.

Torres is now day to day with a pulled calf and if thats the case why dont we throw Jordany Valdespin out there and see what happens.

The kids is supposed to have some real speed and talent so lets give him a chance to prove he belongs.

After all the last guy I want in CF is Jason Bay.

So apparently Wilponzi sold twelve 4% ownership shares at 20M per, but he also admitted SNY bought 4 if those shares so that’s 16% or the team they just retained.

Depressing because I was really hoping for some Wilponzi news to be going the other direction…

Good game to get the boys back into a winning mode.

Love the 6;!0 start, yet I know that would never fly in N.Y. Very quick, efficient game by both team. It took 2 1/2 hours and With a one hour drive home I was home before 10:00 P.M.

Gee was extra sharp! Does that performance get him the opening day nod? I just don’t think Santanna will be ready.

Just must be good for the team to get a win and a good game played!

Good news for the Mets…the Jets traded for Tebow!!! This means the Mets are no longer the most f’ed up franchise in NYC…

Great game by Gee…used all his pitches and moved the ball around pretty well.

Parnell looked pretty good too…I like the fact he added the knuckle curve.

Santana is looking good today….i’m listening to the Cards radio broadcast…he’s facing the Cards “A” lineup and doing good…the two hits to Holliday and Berkman was one jam shot that got into the OF and the other was a bloop…

    Haha, JJ. Exactly.

Ciao, ragazzi, from Italy! Happy 2012 season, nice to see you again and all that. Been in hiding from baseball so far, but am checking in despite myself (and any evidence of sanity). BMF, I was hoping for some different news with ownership myself. Guess we’re stuck with these yahoos for at least a few more years.

    How ’bout them Knicks?
