BJake I was confused too but am guessing it was tongue in cheek reference to your recent embedding of a link to your website. something you do once/year and Cory did 3x/day.
bjake: yes, it was just a joke about the “more at my blog” thing.
I can only get the Nats coverage on my baseball package when the Mets play them, so I had to listen to their announcers. I still had the game on for Davey’s post game: he’s not looking so good these days, is he?
BJ,
I seem to recall you had a press pass to a game one time …. My apologies… Though I guess you have to start somewhere.:)
Anyway, I hope others our there feel the same way many of us do about the edict. I think Torre showed poor judgment and I hope others in the media point it out.
In the meantime we should boycott the tea company he used to or probably still does promote.
tdfkabl, all good. I do remember CoreyNYC’s daily requests for us to leave BMF and go to his blog.
CowCrusher, I’ve had press passes for many sporting events having worked in production at ESPN and hosting a sports talk show for more than three years. But I’m most definitely not a hack sportswriter.
Jomama, did BrooklynBill write that Bay article you linked to recently?

tdfkabl, I’m confused by the CoreyNYC reference. How would I be doing what he did?

Why does Alderson, who abhors the sac bunt if you believe MoneyBall, let TC use the f-ing thing every f-ing game.

IM, was just about to gripe about the sac bunt in the 9th especially with Wright on and Pagan highly unlikely to hit into DP.
Gotcha on the CoreyNYC thing.
