Here we go…

  1. MFII Says:

Is there something wrong with my screen or are the Mets wearing Phillies hats?
Where did that color come from?

  2. ProfessorReyes Says:

Ok we can get Livan to eat innings, now can we teach him to pitch?

  3. ProfessorReyes Says:

MFII it’s an MLB mandate to wear red caps for the 4th of July. (picture the Pirates! or the Giants!)

  4. BlondiesJake Says:

Perhaps Livan wanted to see if the Mets could escape another 5-0 hole in the state of Pennsylvania.

  5. Buck Says:

MFII _ I’m with you!!! Wearing a red hat in Philly is worse than being down 4 nothing in the 2nd inning! I dont ever want to see that again!! I’d rather wear a sausage belt in a shark tank!! What is wrong with Met Blue on July 4th? Also, the last time I checked it is only July 3rd……do we have to wear these atrocious things all weekend??

  6. BlondiesJake Says:

Red hats… brought to you by the same people who made the All-Star Game decide homefield advantage in the World Series!

  7. joeybrooklyn1976 Says:

Just walked in from work. Oh boy…..

Bjake hopefully he can keep it at five to see if this experiment works.

    guess not

  8. joeybrooklyn1976 Says:

    stupid red hats

  9. GroteFan Says:

No one said Seligs’ Army was particularly bright.
Yeah, the mets uni is really traditional tonight….Red hats with Black socks and undershirts….sure looks like the Mets.
What a joke. At least I don’t have to waste my night. The last two days were an aberration…..
Heard someone talking about Omar ruining the spos….need to do some research….but I think he has a four year extension coming up and it hasn’t even started…so plenty more of this boys and girls.
    Enjoy…Meet the Mets.

  10. BlondiesJake Says:

Livan decided to up the ante. I’m thinking despite the Phils awful pitching, this one may already be out of reach.

  11. Buck Says:

Once upon a time if you stole a base with a 7-nothing lead the next pitch that you saw would be in your earhole. Let’s hope the Mets relievers are old school like myself when Chase Muttley comes up again!!

  12. BlondiesJake Says:

Buck, I once heard a statement from a manager who said if they agree to stop trying to catch up, I’ll agree to stop scoring more runs. I confess to liking that statement.

  13. Eddie k Says:

BUCK, I’m old school too! But I think old school has gone away forever. Now we have the pitch count, millionaire middle inning guys, sushi bars and five star restaurants at the stadium (barf), and wiffle ball games going on. I don’t remember my dad telling me about the great sushi at Ebbets Field!

  14. Buck Says:

BJAKE _ I’m not saying they shouldnt try to score more runs…I’m just saying that there are conswquences if they try and show the other team up. Of course there are instances of teams coming back from large deficits but I still like the occasional earhole pitch for jackasses who attempt to pad their stats when the other team is waaay down. There is a right way to do things and that aint it. besides……I hate the freaking Phils!1

  15. Warez Says:

    Спасибо! Очень полезная инфа.
