Boy was I wrong! All Spring Training I thought we would be in for a “Battle of the Basement”.
Except that the Washington Nationals are not in it with us. Its against the Braves!

I knew the only way the Mets wouldn’t lose last night was for the predicted rain to come through Atlanta.
Today’s performances, or lack thereof (Really Mets pitchers, allowing four home runs in one game?), makes it look as if I were completely right.
This has been an embarrassing start to the season.
